Job Summary
The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accuratelyentering, updating, and maintaining large volumes of data into our company's various systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have proven experience and be proficient with office software and data management principles. Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently input, update, and maintain data in databases and other systems.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data by reviewing, correcting, or noting discrepancies.
• Compile, sort, and verify information from source documents to prepare for data entry.
• Maintain digital and paper files, ensuring they are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
• Generate reports and extract information from data systems as requested.
• Follow company data entry protocols, policies, and security standards to ensure confidentiality and data integrity.
• Perform quality checks on data to identify and correct errors.
• Fresher / Experience: We have multiple roles, for fresher and experiencd.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator in a similar administrative/clerical role will be an advantage.
• Typing: Excellent typing speed and accuracy are essential.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other data entry software. Familiarity with database systems or CRM platforms is a plus.
• Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Tally and accounts is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
