If you cannot sign in, first confirm you are using the correct Candidate or Employer login page. Use Forgot Password for credential recovery and complete verification steps if the account requires them. Never share your password or OTP with someone claiming to be support.
Candidates can browse public opportunity details and use their Candidate account for save/apply actions. Employers use the Employer Panel to create and manage their own opportunities. Jobs, Internships and Projects have separate public and posting flows; a problem with one should not be assumed to affect the others.
Employer plans may control posting, search, unlock or other usage. Refer to the actual plan and usage information shown in the Employer Panel. Public Help explains the concepts without inventing entitlements for a specific account.
Use ProJob privacy controls and safe job-search practices to protect personal information. Candidate profile searchability should not automatically expose phone or email. Employers should protect applicant data and never use the platform to request passwords, OTPs or inappropriate financial information.
If a Job, Internship, Project or employer appears suspicious, asks for inappropriate payments, misrepresents a company or requests sensitive credentials, stop sharing information and use the safety reporting flow. Include the opportunity URL or reference when available.

Check that you are signed into the Candidate account that submitted it and review the application list. If it is still missing, contact support with the opportunity or application reference.
Possible causes include validation, account or company scope, permission or plan rules. Review the error shown in the Employer Panel before contacting support.
